Mango Habañero Chimichurri

  • 1 bulb of garlic
  • 1 small shallot
  • 2 habaneros
  • 1 bunch of cilantro
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 medium size mango
  • 1 tbsp salt and pepper
  • 1/4 c red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 olive oil or more

  1.  Mince everything by hand for a more coarse chopped chimi
    or you can blend all ingredients but adding olive or in a separate container to avoid turning it into an emulsion
  2.  let ingredients marinate for an hour or you can use @avidarmor USV32 Chamber Vacuum’s instant marinade function
