Salmon Pinwheels w/ Cajun Alfredo Sauce

• Salmon fillet
• 1 block cream cheese
@tonychacheres No Salt Seasoning
• Bacon crumbles

𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢𝙮 𝘾𝙖𝙟𝙪𝙣 𝘼𝙡𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙤 𝙎𝙖𝙪𝙘𝙚:

  •  3 tbsp butter
  •  1 tbsp garlic paste or minced garlic
  •  16oz Heavy Cream
  •  2 tbsp cream cheese
  •  1 tsp fresh cracked pepper
  •  1-2 tbsp @tonychacheres Spice N’ Herbs Seasoning
  •  1 cup of fresh grated parmesan cheese
  1.  Cover salmon w/ cream cheese, season and top w/ bacon crumbles
  2.  Roll in up, cut into 2in pinwheels and secure w/ toothpicks
  3.  Place on soaked cedar planks or parchment paper and smoke at 350 degrees using applewood until an internal temp of 125-130
  4.  Add butter and garlic to a pan on medium/low heat and cook for a couple mins
  5.  Add in the rest of the ingredients and simmer until all the cheese is melted
  6.  When salmon in done pour sauce over and enjoy
