Chorizo Jalapeño Poppers

  •  Jalapeños (save the seeds)
  •  Bacon
  •  Chorizo
  •  Cream Cheese
  •  Shredded Mexican cheese
  •  @woodfire_whiskey New Jalapeño Ranch Seasoning
  •  @caciquefoods Mexicana Crema
  1. Cook Chorizo then let cool
  2. Slice Jalapeños in half, remove veins and seeds. Save seeds and add to mixture
  3. Add the rest of ingredients to a bowl and mix
  4. Scoop mixture into jalapeño halves
  5. Wrap in bacon then season again
  6. Smoke or bake at 350 until bacon is fully cooked
  7. Serve with Mexican Crema
