Smoked Shotgun Shells

Prep Time: 35 Min | Cook Time: 2.5 hrs

Items used in video:

  • Nomad Grill / Smoker
  1. Get your smoker fired up to a temp of around 225F
  2. Add shredded cheese, ground beef and seasoning in a bowl and mix well
  3. Place mixture in a freezer bag and cut a hole at one corner
  4. Squeeze mixture into each manicotti using your fingers to stuff it fully
  5. Wrap it in bacon, if back isn’t long enough wrap with 2 pieces 
  6. Places applewood into smoker then place shotgun shells into smoker
  7. Smoke for about 2 hrs.
  8. After 2 hrs baste with your favorite BBQ sauce on both sides then smoke for another 10 mins
