- Ingredients
- 1/2 lb shrimp deveined and shelled
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 3 tbsp @tonychacheres No Salt Cajun Seasoning
- 1 lbs American Wagyu Steak tips from @alpinebutcher
- 3 tbsp @blazingstarbbq Beef rub
- Corn tortillas
- Oaxaca cheese
- Mexican Crema
- Cilantro
- Instructions
- Add Cajun seasoning, garlic paste and olive oil to a small bowl. Mix well then add in your shrimp
- Marinate for at least 1hr or use the marinate function on the @avidarmor USV32 Chamber Vacuum Sealer. Do this 2-3x for maximum penetration.
- Cut up your steak tips, coat in olive oil and season with Beef rub
- Heat up your griddle on high and cook your steak to a medium rare
- Cook your shrimp about 1 min on each side
- Get tortillas on the griddle and top with cheese and cover till melted
- Assemble your tacos and enjoy 🤙🏽
