Smoked Cajun Queso

*Measure with your heart

  • 1 block of cream cheese
  • 1 block of @beehivecheese Big John’s Cajun (Sub for whatever you like)
  • 2 blocks of Velveeta cheese
  • 1 pack of andouille sausage
  • Heavy cream
  • Jalapeño
  • Tiny shrimps
  •  @tonychacheres No Salt
  •  @blazingstarbbq Reaper
  1. Add cheeses, sausage and heavy cream into an aluminum pan
  2. Place on grill opposite of the heat and smoke indirect at 300-350
  3. After about an hour mix then add in Jalapeño’s, shrimp and seasonings then mix and cook for another 15-20 mins
  4. Top with more jalapeño then enjoy!
