- 1 block of cream cheese
- 1 block of @beehivecheese Big John’s Cajun (Sub for whatever you like)
- 2 blocks of Velveeta cheese
- 1 pack of andouille sausage
- Heavy cream
- Jalapeño
- Tiny shrimps
- @tonychacheres No Salt
- @blazingstarbbq Reaper
- Instructions
- Add cheeses, sausage and heavy cream into an aluminum pan
- Place on grill opposite of the heat and smoke indirect at 300-350
- After about an hour mix then add in Jalapeño’s, shrimp and seasonings then mix and cook for another 15-20 mins
- Top with more jalapeño then enjoy!
