- Ingredients
- Â 1 Shallot
- Â 1 whole Garlic
- Â 2 Habanero
- Â Cilantro
- Parsley
- Â 1/4 c Red wine vinegar
- Â 1/2 c Olive oil
- Â 1/2 Lemon squeezed and zested
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well
- Place a hot wood ember into bowl then cover immediately with aluminum foil and let set for 10-15min
- Remove foil and mix.
- Repeat the process for a more smokey flavor.Â
