Whiskey BBQ Sauce
- 1 ½ cups ketchup
- 1 cup @goldbarwhiskey whiskey
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp @wsauceofficial Fireshire
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Instructions
- Pre-Heat smoker to 300 for a hot and fast cook or cook your ribs up however you like
- @thebreakfastsauce as a binder
- Season Ribs w/ @blazingstarbbq Reaper Rub
- Place ribs in the smoker for 3hrs
- In large pan add in all your sauce ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat constantly stirring
- Once boiling reduce heat to a gentle boil and cook uncovered for another 15 mins or until it reduces to about 1 ⅓ cups
- Add to a mason jar and set aside
- When ribs are at about 195 internal sauce them up and cook for another 10mins
- Let rest for about 20 mins then slice them up
