- Ingredients
- 1 bulb of garlic
- 1 small shallot
- 2 habaneros
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 medium size mango
- 1 tbsp salt and pepper
- 1/4 c red wine vinegar
- 1/2 olive oil or more
- Instructions
- Mince everything by hand for a more coarse chopped chimi
