- 1 cup of White Corn Masa from Masienda
- 1 cup of water
Tacos
- Leftover Brisket from RC Ranch
- Bacon
- Eggs
- Reaper seasoning from Blazing Star BBQ
- Shredded Cheddar cheese
- Fire Roasted Jalapeno Hot Sauce from Melinda’s
- Pickled Red Onions
- Queso Fresca cheese
- Cilantro

- Mix 1 part Masa or Flour and 1 part water and mix well. If too dry add more water if too wet add more Masa or flour
- Roll into golf ball size balls and use wax paper and press flat.
- In a pan on high heat place masa and cook for 10-20 seconds a side. Keep flipping until nice and cooked. If they puff up you have the heat set perfectly. You want to create that steam inside to fully cook.
- Assemble your taco however you like and enjoy
