Boneless Beef Ribs

Prep Time: 30 Min | Cook Time: 6-8 hrs

  1. Trim any excess fat and silver skin for more smoke penetration
  2. W-Sauce as a binder then season w/ 5 Star rub 
  3. Get your smoker fired up using Post Oak and set to 180F
  4. Place ribs in smoker and smoke for 2 hrs at 180F
  5. After 2 hrs raise temp to 225F and smoke until internal temp reaches 170F-180F or until you have a beautiful dark bark
  6. When bark is set remove from smoker
  7. Place on to butcher paper and cover in beef tallow then wrap it like a present and place back into the smoker at 250F
  8. When internal temp reaches around 200F-203F or when its probe through tender like butter remove and rest for 1-2 hrs in a cooler or warmer
  9. When ready slice up and enjoy the BEST bite in BBQ.
