Brisket Breakfast Tacos

  • 1 cup of White Corn Masa from Masienda
  • 1 cup of water



Items used in the video



  1. Mix 1 part Masa or Flour and 1 part water and mix well. If too dry add more water if too wet add more Masa or flour
  2. Roll into golf ball size balls and use wax paper and press flat.
  3. In a pan on high heat place masa and cook for 10-20 seconds a side. Keep flipping until nice and cooked. If they puff up you have the heat set perfectly. You want to create that steam inside to fully cook.
  4. Assemble your taco however you like and enjoy
