Spicy Better Big Mac Sauce
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- 2 tbsp Dill pickle relish
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Blazing Star Spicy BBQ sauce
- 2 tsp Yellow mustard
- 1 tsp White vinegar
- 1 tsp Granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Onion powder
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne powder

- In a small bowl add in all sauce ingredients, mix well and set aside
- Season patties then grill over charcoal, flip after 2-3 mins then top w/ American cheese then close the grill lid
- Remove when burger reach a internal temp of 135F
- Toast your buns including a 2nd bottom bun for the center
- Assemble your burger, bun, sauce, lettuce, patty, sauce, center bun, sauce, patty, pickles then top bun w/ sauce
- Enjoy the bigger better and spicier version of the Classic Big Mac!
