Bloody Mary Wings

Prep Time: 1 hr   | Cook Time: 1 hr

  • 1 lb Party wings
  • 1 cup Bloody Mary mix
  • 1/4 cup Vodka
  • Olive oil as a binder

Seasoning Rub

  • 1 tsp Celery seed
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp coarse black pepper

Baste

  • 1/2 cup Bloody Mary mix
  • 1/4 cup vodka

Dill Pickle Aioli

  • 1/2 cup Mayo
  • 1 tsp Fresh Dill
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Pickle juice
  • 1/2 Lemon juice
  • Pinch of Salt & Pepper
  1. In a small bowl drizzle olive oil over wings as a binder
  2. Season with dry rub seasonings then mix
  3. Pour Bloody Mary and vodka into the same bowl then place in the fridge to marinate for an hour
  4. While that’s marinating get your grill fired up to 400F using applewood chucks for smoke
  5. In a small cast iron pot pour in more bloody Mary mix and vodka. You’re going to place this into the grill with wings to reduce to about half 
  6. Place wings and pot into smoker and cook for about 45 min. Make sure to keep checking to not burn. Cooking these to an internal temp of around 180F
  7. While those are cooking in a small bowl add in all the aioli ingredients and mix. 
  8. About 40 min in when sauce is reduced to half start basting wings then close lid to tack up and finish cooking.
  9. When done remove wings and serve with dill pickle aioli and enjoy
