Spicy Better Big Mac Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Mayo
  • 2 tbsp Dill pickle relish
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Blazing Star Spicy BBQ sauce
  • 2 tsp Yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp White vinegar
  • 1 tsp Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne powder


Items used in the video:


  • In a small bowl add in all sauce ingredients, mix well and set aside
  • Season patties then grill over charcoal, flip after 2-3 mins then top w/ American cheese then close the grill lid
  • Remove when burger reach a internal temp of 135F
  • Toast your buns including a 2nd bottom bun for the center
  • Assemble your burger, bun, sauce, lettuce, patty, sauce, center bun, sauce, patty, pickles then top bun w/ sauce
  • Enjoy the bigger better and spicier version of the Classic Big Mac!
