Breakfast Smash Tacos

  • Bacon
  • Eggs
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Thinly sliced Jalapeños (optional)
  • Ground breakfast sausage
  • Corn tortillas



Griddle- Char Griller Portable Flatiron

  1. Heat up griddle to med high heat
  2. Cook bacon to desired doneness
  3. Cook eggs to desired doneness and season w/ garlic pepper rub
  4. Place a few slices of jalapeños 
  5. Place shredded cheddar cheese on top
  6. Place balled up ground breakfast sausge
  7. Then place a tortilla on top and press down with a burger smasher
  8. After 3-5 mins flip and cook another 2 mins
  9. When done place 1-2 strips of bacon, egg, then top with sauces and enjoy
