Creamy Cajun Garlic Wings

Prep Time: 15 Min | Cook Time: 45 Min

•2 lbs chicken wings
•1 stick butter unsalted
•½ cup minced garlic
•1 Tbsp garlic powder
•1 Tbsp dried italian seasoning
•1 Tbsp paprika
•1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
•1 Tbsp onion powder
•1 Tbsp black pepper
•1 tsp salt
•1 Tbsp red pepper flakes
•1 cup heavy cream

Wings
1. Lightly season with salt, pepper, garlic

2. Lightly coat with flour

3. Fry till golden brown

Creamy Cajun Garlic Sauce

1. Add butter to a pot on medium heat

2. Add minced garlic and cook for 5 min

3. Add all dry seasoning and mix and cook for 2-3 min

4. Add in heavy cream a little at a time to your desired creaminess/thickness

5. Pour over wings or serve as a dipping sauce to anything seafood. Top with French cut chives and enjoy
