Garlic Parmesan Pork Wings

Prep Time: 10 Min | Cook Time: 3-5 hrs

  1. Olive oil as a binder
  2. Season heavily w/ your favorite garlic rub
  3. Smoke at 250F until internal temp reaches around 180F (3-4 hrs)
  4. Wrap each pork wing with 2 tbsp of butter on top and bottom then wrap tightly and individually
  5. Place back into smoker until internal temp reaches around 203F
  6. Let rest for 30 min wrapped then remove and top with freshly grated parmesan cheese and enjoy
