- Wild Caught Caribbean Lobster Tail from High Society Meats
- Tony Chachere’s Creole Style Seafood Marinade
- Tony Chachere’s No Salt Seasoning
- Butter
- Instructions
- Cut lobster in half down the middle of top shell with sheers then through the meat with a sharp knife also cutting through the bottom
- Peel lobster away from shell but leave it connected at tip of the tail
- Place in a bowl and pour in marinade then set aside for 30 min
- Get your grill fired up and hot
- Place lobster meat side down on the grill for 2-3 min to get a nice char then flip
- Lift up meat from shell using high heat gloves and place a few pieces of butter
- Season the top of the lobster with Cajun seasoning and place. more pieces of butter then close the lid for around 5-10 mins or until internal temp reaches 135-140 then remove
- Pour or serve with more melted butter and enjoy
