- Pork Spareribs
- Blazing Star Reaper Rub
- Blazing Star Original BBQ Sauce
- Instructions
- Remove the outside shell of the pineapple
- Trim spareribs and score the membrane
- Olive oil as a binder then season
- Meat side in, wrap around pineapple and secure w/ wooden skewers
- Insert your wireless meat thermometer in then smoke at 250F using Applewood
- When internal temperature reaches 195F baste w/ BBQ sauce
- Remove when internal temperature reaches 200F remove and let rest for 10-15 min
- Slice up ribs then lather in more BBQ sauce
- Slice and dice the pineapple then top over the ribs and enjoy
