- Hot Habanero Bacon Jam
- BBQ rub
- Instructions
- Slice your jalapeño’s in halves
- Remove seeds and veins for filling
- Slice up your Brie to fit
- Fill other half w/ Jam
- Wrap each one w/ prosciutto
- Coat in oil and season w/ BBQ rub
- Smoke at 300 for about an hour
