– Cajun Andouille sausage
– Shrimp
– Scallops
You can use a variety of seafood and protein.🦞 🦐🦀🐓🐖🐄
Cajun garlic butter sauce:
🔥1-2 sticks of unsalted butter. If too thick add more butter
🔥6 cloves of garlic minced
🔥1 Tbsp garlic powder
🔥1 Tbsp dried italian seasoning
🔥1 Tbsp paprika
🔥1 Tbsp cayenne pepper less if you want it less spicy.
🔥1 Tbsp onion powder
🔥1 Tbsp black pepper
🔥1 Tbsp salt
🔥1 Tbsp red pepper flakes
Use this rub mixture to also season the skewers before grilling.
- Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except for butter and minced garlic then season shrimp lightly
- cut up andouille sausage and then skewer them with shrimp
- grill until done
- in a pot over med heat melt butter then add minced garlic. Cook till fragrant
- add in the rest of rub and mix
- baste skewers with Cajun sauce
