- Ingredients
- 1 lb of Australian Wagyu beef patties from @thewagyuwindow (Sub with your preferred ground beef)
- ½ med Maui or yellow onion diced
- 1 Serrano pepper diced w/ seeds
- 1 tbsp roasted garlic paste (sub w/ minced garlic)
1 tbsp @the_w_sauce Fireshire XXX (sub w/ regular Worcestershire sauce) - ½ c pork panko (sub w regular panko)
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp coarse black pepper
- 8 ounces cremini mushrooms diced (optional)
- 2 c beef broth
- 1 tbsp @the_w_sauce Fireshire XXX (sub w/ regular Worcestershire sauce)
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp roasted garlic paste (sub w/ minced garlic)
2 tbsp cornstarch - 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp coarse black pepper
- 2 c steamed white rice
- 2 large eggs, fried, sunny side up or over easy
- Instructions
- Add beef broth to a large pan on medium heat
- Add in soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and mix
- Once you see the broth start to steam add in cornstarch and mix
- Add in salt, pepper and mushrooms
- Bring to a boil and let thicken. About 2-3 mins. Turn off heat and set aside
- In a large bowl add in all ingredients for patties and mix. If using leaner ground beef, you may want to add in an egg to bind mixture
- Form into large pattie’s and grill over a flattop or pan
- Place patty over white rice and pour gravy over
- Topped spicy everything bagel seasonings
- Then topped w/ a fried egg, fresh diced scallions and crispy friend garlic
