Buffalo Blue Burger

Blue Cheese sauc

  •  1c Blue Cheese crumbles
  • 1/4c Sour Cream
  • 1/4c Mayonnaise
  • 1/2c Buttermilk
  • 1tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika 

 

  1. Use buffalo sauce as a binder on the patties then season with salt and pepper 
  2. In a cast iron pan ass butter then toast buns
  3. Same pan add your patties then repeat the same process on other side of the patty
  4. In a small bowl add blue cheese sauce ingredients and mix
  5. When burger reaches a internal temp of 135 remove then assemble burger and enjoy
