- Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- ½ c brown sugar
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp coarse black pepper
- 8 cloves garlic – finely minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cane vinegar
- ½ c fruit juice, I use Mango but you can also use pineapple or apple
- 1 tbsp rice flour (optional)
natural red food color (optional)
- Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a container w/ a lid
- Mix well then add in wings
- Marinate for 48hrs for best results or overnight
- Grill over coals to get a nice char
- Then place wings on indirect side to finish cooking to 180 degrees internal
- Serve w/ garlic fried rice and a sunny side up egg and garnish w/ crispy fried garlic
